Healthy Kids v Obesity

We aim to inspire youngsters to have fun creating everyday menu’s!
Our sessions will show children food fundamentals and more importantly children will be allowed to think for themselves about how to put their own idea’s and expertise into a dish.
Our team will provide lots of encouragement as they honestly believe they can change children’s bad food and snacking habits.

If they like a fry up let them learn to cook a healthy fat-free option. It’s so easy to pop into a takeaway for a burger on the way home from school, but we can provide a fun way of making a healthy alternative burger creation at home.
Invite their friends along for an after school session.
